Salad with Celery and Radish Recipe
I really like celery, more petiolate and root. I can crack it like an apple. By the way, I am completely indifferent to apples, except for apple pies. I constantly use celery, add it to soups and second courses, and even cook salads from it. Here is one of them.

Ingredients
- 1 package Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Celery root
- 4-6 pieces Radish
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1/2 piece Red hot pepper
- Greenery
- Green Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the salad by hand into pieces.
- Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Consistently add celery to the bowl.
- Add radishes.
- Add the cucumber.
- Green onions.
- Add the herbs (dill).
- And bell pepper. Mix everything carefully in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and salt, drizzle with oil and vinegar and mix gently again.
