Salad with Chicken and Peaches Recipe
A very pleasant, light and spicy salad, not overloaded with ingredients. I saw it on TV and cooked it, and now I want to share it. This salad is easy to prepare in the evening after work, in the morning for breakfast or before the unexpected arrival of guests.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken fillet boiled
- 80 gram Peach
- 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes. Mix honey, mustard and soy sauce in a bowl and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Cut the peaches into cubes, lettuce leaves into strips, add to the chicken, mix well.
- Put the salad on a plate, garnish with cherry tomatoes, cut in half, a little pepper, if necessary, salt. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
