Cut the cherry into quarters, cut the cucumber and radish into strips.
Put the salad mixture in a deep bowl. Add the cucumber and radish cut into quarters and straws to the salad mixture.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters, chicken fillet into thin slices, and cut the beans in half. Fry chicken fillet, mushrooms and beans in a frying pan with olive oil. At the end of frying, add salt, pepper to taste, cream of Modena, mustard and a small amount of water. Once all the ingredients are steamed, remove from the heat.
Put the mixture with vegetables on a serving dish, put the fried vegetables with fillets on top and pour the resulting sauce. Decorate the finished dish with pea sprouts and pour a small amount of balsamic cream.
