Ingredients
Salad
- 200 gram Curd cheese
- 120 gram Shrimp
- 100 gram Avocado
- 60 gram Pickled cucumber
- 40 gram Black olives
- 15 gram Onion red
- 20 gram Celery root
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1/2 pieces Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
Instructions
- The basis for the salad is cottage cheese. I love it and use it in different dishes.
- Salad ingredients - cucumber, avocado, olives, shrimp, lime, sweet soy sauce.
- Put the cottage cheese in the glasses. Diced cucumber and avocado. Chop the celery with a knife to add flavor. Cut the olives into four pieces.
- Place the peeled shrimp on top of the glasses. I fried them for two minutes in olive oil with a little salt and red hot pepper.
- Garnish the salad with olives, parsley leaves and red onion.
- The sauce is poured into glasses before serving. Sauce - olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard (whisk everything).
