Ingredients
Salad
- 1 kg Shrimp
- 23 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 250 gram Arugula
- 1 piece Avocado
- 3 tablespoons Sesame
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Boil the shrimp and peel it. I had 1 kg of raw frozen shrimp. After cooking and cleaning, there is enough for 5 servings of salad.
- Prepare portioned salad bowls or glasses. In each we put arugula on the bottom. Leave some arugula for decoration.
- Then put the same amount of shrimp in each salad bowl/glass.
- Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into cubes or semicircles.
- Put the avocado on each serving.
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes. Cut into halves, put 5 cherry halves in each serving.
- Preparing salad dressing. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, ground black pepper.
- Add soy sauce.
- Add lemon juice (juice of half a lemon), mix everything thoroughly. Pour the dressing over each portion of the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with arugula.
