Salad with fresh Mushrooms Recipe
This salad is prepared very quickly, has a piquant taste. At first I was confused by the fact that fresh, unprepared mushrooms were used in the salad - I was always sure that fresh mushrooms were only pickled. But it turned out that they are delicious and quite edible!

Ingredients
- 500 gram Ham
- 400 gram Champignons (fresh)
- 600-700 gram Tomato
- Greens (dill, parsley, green onion)
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- So, we cut all the ingredients: ham - cubes (you can also use straws).
- Cut tomatoes into the same cube.
- Mushrooms - cut in half and cut into half rings (or strips). Finely chop the greens, add to the salad.
- Prepare the sauce: finely chop the garlic, add mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce. Mix it up. Salad dressing. It is better to let the salad brew for at least a couple of hours so that the mushrooms are soaked in the sauce, then the salad will turn out simply excellent!
