Salad with Mushrooms and Pineapples Recipe
A light but quite satisfying salad. I love these salads because of the opportunity to eat only them. Mushrooms and chicken give them richness, and pineapple gives the salad lightness. and you can experiment with salad dressing.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Mushroom
- 300 gram Chicken fillet boiled
- 200 gram Pineapple (canned)
- 100 gram Rice boiled
- 1 piece Onion
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Parsley
Instructions
- Pre-fry the mushrooms with onions.
- Slice the chicken fillet. Combine with pineapples.
- Add parsley, rice.
- Squeeze a little lemon juice. Add mushrooms, mustard and mayonnaise. Mustard is very unusual in salad dressing. I like how it goes with mushrooms. Stir and cool the salad.
