Ingredients
Salad
- 300 gram Spinach
- 300 gram Champignons
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 1/2 pieces Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 pieces Lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms, dry them, separate the legs (use only caps). Chop the caps, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Fry the onion in olive oil until softened.
- For the sauce, mix honey with mustard and lemon sauce.
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad, put on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
