Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork neck
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 6 twigs Tarragon
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
Instructions
- Chop the chopped vegetables and herbs in a blender.
- In the resulting marinade, add the meat, salt and pepper.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- We cook on the grill.
