Snack Potato Muffins Recipe
Going on a picnic, the question often arises - what to take with you for a snack? Snack cakes in this sense are a win-win option! And just for a summer breakfast or dinner, they are good!

Instructions
Mix eggs with sugar, soy sauce and sour cream.
Finely chop the salami and green onions, grate the cheese.
Grate the raw potatoes on a coarse grater.
Add all this to the egg mixture, add mustard and vegetable oil.
Add flour and baking powder, mix.
Spread the dough on the cake molds.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until completely dry. My cupcakes were baked for 20 minutes - focus on your oven.
For beauty, I smeared the tops with mayonnaise and decorated with greens and radishes.
