Soup with Beans and Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 glass Bean 0.5 cups each of white and red beans
- 1 glass Walnuts
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Red hot pepper ground, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander ground
- Salt to taste
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon Khmeli-suneli
- 1/3 teaspoon Zira
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- Water to taste
Instructions
- Pre-soak the white and red beans, then boil until tender.
- RUB the walnuts in a mortar.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it in preheated vegetable oil.
- Add red pepper, coriander, some utsho-suneli and cumin to the fried onion, mix and fry for just a few seconds. For more color brightness, you can add paprika.
- Pour water into the pot (the amount depends on how thick the soup you want to cook).
- Add the beans.
- Add the ground nuts and salt to taste.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Let the finished soup brew for 10-15 minutes. Serve with chopped coriander.
