Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Flour
- 80 gram Cottage cheese
- 43 gram Butter
- 1 piece Egg yolk
Filling:
- 200 gram Sour Cream (20%)
- 150 gram Black currant you can any berries to your taste
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 50 gram Sugar to taste
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Cottage cheese is ground with butter and egg yolk.
- Add flour and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and distribute it according to the shape (I have a diameter of 20 cm). Make incisions with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 * C.
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix with sour cream.
- Remove the base from the oven and pour the resulting mass. Spread the berries on top. Return to the oven and bake for about 1 hour. Before serving, chill for a few hours (the more, the tastier) in the refrigerator so that the filling finally catches.
