Squash Cake Recipe
Tender zucchini with smoked cheese and garlic, very tasty. This is one of the variations on the theme of zucchini cakes. I do not recommend putting tomatoes inside the pie, they will pop up. It looks spectacular on the table, there is not a single piece left in the morning.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Cheese hard (smoked)
- 200 gram Carrot
- Parsley (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil
- 1.5 kg Zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 3 tablespoons Starch
- 4 pieces Eggs
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4-5 pieces Tomatoes
Instructions
- Grate the peeled zucchini. Add eggs, flour, starch and salt. Mix everything together and let it stand for the starch to disperse.
- Fry the pancakes in a frying pan in vegetable oil. If the well is settled, it will not be a problem to turn it over. The result is 6-7 pancakes.
- We put it on a plate.
- Squeeze garlic in mayonnaise, finely chop carrots.
- Assemble the cake. Brush the pie with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
- Lay out the next cake. Grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with carrots and herbs.
- Repeat the operation, alternating layers. Grease the sides of the cake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Decorate the top of the cake with tomatoes.
