Instructions
- Prepare the products. Choose pepper without defects, smooth. Take long-grain rice. Prepare the minced meat yourself, but you can replace it with a purchased one, but then you won't need the next step.
- Cut the meat into pieces and pass it through a meat grinder.
- Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Rinse the rice and boil it in salted water until it is half cooked. Drain the water from the rice.
- Mix minced meat, rice, onion, carrot, add suneli hops, ground black pepper and salt to taste. All this is thoroughly kneaded.
- Cut the pepper from the stalk and peel the seeds.
- We stuff the pepper with our minced meat.
- Put the pepper in a heat-resistant mold. There was more pepper - it didn't matter. Put the rest in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer. The reserve for unexpected guests is ready.
- Let's move on to the second step. You can, of course, just put the pepper in a saucepan, pour a mixture of ketchup with sour cream and put it on the fire, but it's too simple and not so tasty. So, prepare the sauce for stewing in the oven.
- Peel the onion and cut into quarters of rings.
- Preheat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. As soon as it warms up, put the onion in the pan. It should not burn, even turn golden. It should become transparent.
- Grate the carrots on a fine grater and send it to the onion. As soon as the carrots change color, add a tablespoon of tomato paste.
- As soon as the mixture in the pan becomes homogeneous, add the garlic passed through the press. Mix everything together.
- Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream to the mold and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour a glass of boiled water into a saucepan and mix everything together. Simmer the contents over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Finely chop the parsley and dill and add to the pan.
- Mix everything together. Try. If there is not enough salt, add more.
- Pour the resulting sauce over the pepper.
- Send the form with pepper in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for one hour. In an hour we have such a ready-made dish. Enjoy your meal.
