Ingredients
Basic:
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 125 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Milk cold or water
- 1 pinch Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Filling:
- 400 gram Strawberries
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
- 20 gram Butter
Instructions
- Grind butter with sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Add the cottage cheese and rub everything well again until smooth. Sift the flour with baking powder. Gradually adding to the cheese and butter mass, turn it into a rather large crumb.
- Add cold milk (or water) and knead the dough. If necessary, you can add flour while stirring! Put the dough in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- For filling: Wash the strawberries and cut them into slices. Then mix with sugar and starch.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Divide into 3-4 parts and roll out each piece 0.5-0.7 cm thick, and then carefully transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put strawberries in the center of each biscuit, and 2-3 small pieces of butter on top.
- Wrap the edges of the dough to the center and form biscuits. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees until the dough is browned. Let the biscuits cool down..
