Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 gram Butter
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Water
Filling:
- 1 piece Processed cheese
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 30 gram Hard cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt and chopped cold butter. RUB your hands into crumbs. Add the egg and water, knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Mix onion, cheese, egg and a pinch of salt. You can pepper it to taste.
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut out circles in diameter with a glass so that they are larger than cupcake molds.
- Put the circles in the cupcake molds. Prick the bottom with a fork. Press the edges of the dough tightly against the walls of the molds.
- Lay out the filling.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
