Tatar Pies "Triangles" Recipe
Very tasty and fragrant pies with meat and potatoes.

Instructions
I have a yeast dough ready.
Filling: cut potatoes and beef into small pieces. Add the onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix it.
Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll out one piece and spread 1 tbsp.l. filling, add 1/2 tsp. butter.
Form a triangle. Leave a small hole in the center.
Leave it under a towel for 20 minutes. Then brush with egg and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Delicious and fragrant pies are ready.
