Tender Cottage Cheese Wicker with Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Cottage cheese
- 80 gram Sugar
- 30 gram Butter
- 80 ml Sunflower oil
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- Walnuts to taste
- Condensed milk boiled condensed milk, to taste
Instructions
- Add the butter to the cottage cheese.
- Whisk with a blender until creamy.
- Add eggs, sugar and vegetable oil.
- Whisk again with a blender.
- Add the baking powder to the flour and mix well. Add flour to the resulting mixture.
- Knead a soft dough.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangular layer.
- Brush with boiled condensed milk and sprinkle nuts on top.
- Roll it into a roll.
- Stepping back from the edge 2 cm, cut the roll lengthwise into 2 equal parts.
- Weave them together.
- Put it in the form.
- Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes.
