Chinese Cabbage Salad with Chicken Recipe

For salad
- 250 gram Chinese cabbage
- 300 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Tomato
- 3 pieces Cucumber (150 gram)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
For dressing
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Put the strips on a dry hot frying pan, add salt, sprinkle with dry garlic and paprika. Fry for 3 minutes, turn the fillets over, also add salt and sprinkle with spices. Fry for another 3 minutes. The fillet turns out to be very juicy and tender. Let cool slightly and slice at an angle.
- Cut the cucumbers into small pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into slices.
- Cut the eggs into quarters.
- Prepare the dressing: mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, mustard and sour cream - mix well.
