Turkey Balls with Mozzarella Recipe
I offer wonderful balls of minced Turkey with mozzarella. The balls are quickly prepared, they are obtained with a crisp crust, with a delicate cream-cheese center. These balls can be served as an appetizer with sauce, or you can serve with any side dish. It is also convenient to take with you to nature.

Ingredients
- 450 gram Turkey minced meat
- 1 pack Mozzarella mini balls
- 3 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Basil (dried)
- 2 twigs Parsley
- 80 gram Bread crumbs / breading
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 500 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Transfer the minced meat to a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of flour. Stir.
- Then add salt, pepper, Basil and finely chopped parsley and mix well.
- Then take about 1 tablespoon of minced meat, form a tortilla, place a ball of mozzarella in the center. Also form balls from the rest of the minced meat and mozzarella.
- Roll each ball in flour (2 tablespoons).
- Then beat the eggs with a whisk and dip each ball in them.
- Roll in breadcrumbs.
- I got 14 balls.
- Fry the balls in boiling oil until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the balls to a plate covered with napkins to absorb excess oil.
- Ready-made balls can be served.
- Very tasty both hot and chilled.
