- 2 tablespoons Rice cooked until half cooked
- 0,5 piece Onion
- 0,5 piece Carrot
- 0,5 piece Chicken egg
- 30 gram Hard cheese
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 0,5 piece Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put the minced Turkey in a bowl. Finely chop the onion and carrot and beat the egg lightly. Boil the rice for 5 minutes and let it cool slightly. Add all these ingredients to the minced meat.
- Add salt and pepper to the bowl of minced meat and mix.
- Make hedgehogs in the form of standard Chupa - Chups and cook in one of your favorite ways - bake in the oven, cook for a couple, you can put out with vegetables. I chose a way - to let it go. Cook under a lid with a little water. Hedgehogs were allowed for 25 minutes.
- In hot hedgehogs stick skewers, put them at a distance from each other and sprinkle with grated cheese and sesame seeds.
- The cheese stuck well to the hot hedgehogs. Allow to cool slightly and transfer to a high container for hot products. While the hedgehogs were taking steam baths, we were preparing the sauce! Mixed sour cream, homemade mayonnaise and grated garlic.
- Here are such wonderful, shaggy hedgehogs turned out - chupy!
- Dip the Chupa - Chups in the sauce and let the whole world wait... I recommend it! Bon Appetit!
