Turkey Roll with Buckwheat Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Turkey breast boneless
- 300 gram Buckwheat
- 1 piece Onion
- 1/2 piece Leek
- 100 gram Walnuts
- 100 ml Light beer / Beer
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the buckwheat. Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil.
- Cut the leek into rings and add to the fried onion. Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add walnuts and buckwheat. Stir and remove from heat. Salt and pepper.
- We put it in a separate bowl. Cool.
- Cut the turkey breast in half lengthwise, almost to the end, and open it like a book. Cover with cling film and whisk lightly.
- Add the eggs to the cooled minced meat and mix.
- On the meat, along the length, we spread the filling.
- Rolled into a roll.
- Use a thread to tie the roll, not very tight.
- Grease the baking dish with a large amount of sunflower oil. Spread the roll. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 gr. Add beer. Bake until cooked. It took me about an hour.
- Before slicing, remove the thread from the finished roll.
