Turkey with Vegetables in a Pot Recipe

- 600 gram Turkey (fillet)
- 2 pieces Onion
- 650 gram Potatoes
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 250 gram Chinese cabbage
- 300 gram Lecho (Frozen vegetables) ready
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- To begin with, peel the onion, cut into rings and fry until golden brown in a frying pan.
- Put the ingredients in a pot in layers. The first layer is fried onion.
- Wash the turkey, dry it with a napkin, cut it into cubes and put it on the onion. Add salt and spices.
- Peel the carrots, cut them into rings, put them on the turkey and add salt. Put the chopped peppers on the carrots.
- Next, peel the potatoes, cut into rings and put them on the pepper. Add salt and sprinkle with spices for potatoes.
- Chop the cabbage into strips and put it on the potatoes.
- Pour all this lecho on top.
- Cover with a lid and put it to stew in a preheated 180-190 degree oven for 1.5 hours.
