Vegetable Chips Recipe
The dish, of course, is not the most useful, but, of course, very tasty! These chips will appeal to both adults and children. Ideal for a trip to nature or just for a snack.

Instructions
We will need thin zucchini and eggplant.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices.
Add 1 tsp of salt to the water. Add to the chopped vegetables, leave for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the remaining salt.
First, roll out the eggplant circles.
Fry in boiling oil over low heat until golden brown.
Do the same with zucchini.
When serving, sprinkle with ground paprika. Enjoy your meal!
