Vegetable Salad with Cheese and Pine Nuts Recipe
I offer you a recipe for a vegetable salad with cheese and pine nuts. Easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Bulgarian pepper (red, yellow, green)
- 200 gram Corn
- 200 pieces Cheese hard
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon Pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar (6%) + 2 tbsp Water
- 6 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Bake the pepper, peel and cut into strips.
- Cut lettuce leaves into strips.
- Cut the cheese into triangles 3-4 mm thick.
- Fry the nuts until golden brown.
- For dressing, mix: salt, sugar, mustard, vegetable oil, vinegar, pepper. Cool the nuts, chop and add to the dressing.
- We put our salad on a dish: sliced lettuce, strips of pepper, cheese, corn. Add the dressing.
