Wash, peel and finely chop the vegetables:
onion - thin half rings;
tomatoes - large pieces;
salad pepper -half rings;
celery stalks - small pieces;
cut the mushrooms thinly, into 3-4 pieces along the length;
mozzarella - small cubes (I had a mozzarella snack in the form of balls).
Season with salt and pepper, add chopped herbs and season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
