Instructions
I took frozen string beans.
Pour the beans into a saucepan and put on a small fire.
While the beans are thawing, cut into strips red hot pepper, bell pepper, garlic. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
Drain excess water from the beans through a colander.
Put the chicken in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes.
Add hot pepper and garlic to the pan. Mix it.

When the chicken is browned, pour in the soy sauce.
Then pour in the cream, stirring, simmer for a couple of minutes, turn off the heat.
Add the bell pepper, mix thoroughly, arrange on plates and serve immediately to the table.
