Recipes for non-alcoholic cocktails and smoothies are becoming increasingly popular. After all, non-alcoholic cocktails are delicious, beautiful and very useful. These are drinks consisting of several ingredients and do not contain alcohol. They are called mocktails or added to the name “virgin”.
Making non-alcoholic cocktails at home is not only easy, but also fascinating. Some names are worth something: cobbler, flip, fizz, sherbet, julep, eggnog, punch, bowl, cruchon, frappe…
Types of Non-Alcoholic Cocktails
Of the simple ones – lemonades. They include lemons, sugar or honey, ice water, and sometimes mint.
Similar ones are prepared with orange, lime, kiwi, cucumber. Delicious non-alcoholic mojito is made on soda. Monin is made from syrup and soda. Very popular!
There are also milk-based options. The main components of such a mocktail are milk, ice cream, syrups, fruits, chocolate (cocoa). These probably include lassi drinks based on fermented dairy products with the addition of honey, fruits, dried fruits, berries, spices.
Of the useful ones – smoothies. They can be fruit and vegetable. They consist mainly of banana with strawberries, apple – creamy and satisfying.
If you add coconut chips and rub chocolate on top, you will get a beautiful festive dish.
Using apple with cinnamon and peanuts is a morning drink for everyone.
Vegetable smoothies are a vitamin “bomb”. Carrots, spinach, cucumber, pumpkin, parsley and even cilantro – you can squeeze out the maximum of vitamins from everything. To make it delicious, dilute it with sweet berries, such as blueberries.
Cocktails “pick-me-up” are drunk the morning after alcoholic. They contain spices and spices, invigorating ingredients and vitamins (citrus fruits, here).
There are also options where the yolk is put. They call it oyster and drink it in one gulp.
Children’s virgin cosmopolitan are best made from a simple set of components – non–allergenic. They hide those foods that the child does not want to eat. These are greens, cottage cheese, carrots and pumpkin.
It was a new and very interesting drink for me! I was also pleased that the drink is made on the basis of green tea! There is a solid vitamin “C” here – it is found in green tea, grapefruit, blackberries, and even more so in lemon! A very cheerful and refreshing cocktail.

And, thirdly, even if we exclude the first two points, this drink is simply very tasty and can be drunk even by children.
Not everyone likes tea with viburnum because of its specific smell and bitter taste, but everyone knows about the healing properties. Viburnum tea is useful for boosting immunity and for fighting the autumn cold. There is a saying: not to be a Viburnum is a raspberry. But this is not the case. Viburnum surpasses raspberries in its medicinal properties. Viburnum has diaphoretic, antipyretic properties, it is a good antiseptic. Viburnum berries kill mold, bacteria and colds. If it is not possible to filter or boil water, you can put a bitter bunch of viburnum at the bottom of the vessel and after 2 hours you can drink water without harm to your health. Viburnum berries can be added to regular tea and drunk with honey.

In addition, sage and lime tea (one tablespoon of dried plants per liter of boiling water) perfectly helps with various diseases of the respiratory tract, being an excellent expectorant that helps to cleanse the bronchi and lungs of mucus. To increase the effectiveness, it is recommended to add milk and a little honey to this tea. I used to do this until this recipe caught my eye. True, there are no lime trees here, but, I assure you, the warming effect of this is no less. Therefore, I recommend drinking it at night to go to bed after it.
For me, autumn is an abundance of citrus fruits. And the color of autumn, and the smell – all of them! And what if it’s still quite green in the South, and autumn is only on the calendar? Therefore, my autumn cocktail with a citrus note, it is exciting, fresh, insanely fragrant and full of vitamins that are so necessary in autumn.
