Ingredients
- 200 gram Cookies
- 3-4 tablespoons Butter
- 3 pieces Egg yolk
- 400 gram Condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Fruits kiwi banana-1pc and 0.5 PC, you can use any other fruit or berries for decoration
Instructions
- Put the cookies in a plastic bag, tie it up. Roll out the package with a rolling pin to crumble the cookies (but not into small crumbs!).
- In a bowl, finely chop the cooled butter.
- Lay out the cookies.
- Stir until smooth.
- Put it in a round shape and knead the dough so that you get the base for the pie. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 7-9 minutes.
- While the base is baking, prepare the filling. In a large bowl, whisk the yolks (or eggs) with a whisk. Then gradually, without stopping whipping, add condensed milk.
- Last of all, add lemon juice and mix.
- Remove the mold with the base from the oven, put the filling on it and put it back in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cool. Remove the pie from the mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish with berries or fruits, fresh or canned, and/or whipped cream before serving. The pie is ready. Enjoy your meal!
