Ingredients
- 200 gram Garlic arrows
- 300 gram String beans
- 350 gram Pork
- 1 piece Onion
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Sweet pepper
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
Instructions
- Garlic arrows and asparagus beans process and cut into segments, approximately five centimeters.
- Finely chop the onion and pork into ribbons.
- Chop the carrots, cut the sweet pepper into strips, and chop the garlic.
- Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil for three minutes, add the pork, and fry until browned, stirring constantly. Add the carrots, fry for three minutes, then add the garlic arrows, asparagus beans, sweet pepper, salt, and seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!!!
