  1. Garlic arrows and asparagus beans process and cut into segments, approximately five centimeters.
  2. Finely chop the onion and pork into ribbons.
  3. Chop the carrots, cut the sweet pepper into strips, and chop the garlic.
  4. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil for three minutes, add the pork, and fry until browned, stirring constantly.
