Ingredients
Cake
- 2 pieces Banana
- 1 glass Flour
- 1 glass Whole wheat flour
- 1 glass Juice
- 1 piece Dough baking powder
- 1 handful Sesame
- 1 handful Walnuts
- Sugar (slightly less than half a glass)
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
Instructions
- Melt the sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom. It is important not to burn and remove from the heat when the caramel acquires a light golden color.
- Pour the caramel into the mold, put the pieces of 2 bananas on top.
- Put two more bananas (I have very large ones) in a bowl.
- Mash with a fork.
- If there is a ready-made gingerbread mixture, use it. I prepare this mixture myself. In a jar, mix ground nutmeg (1 tsp), dry ginger (1 tsp), white pepper (0.3 tsp), cloves (0.3 tsp) and most of the cinnamon (1.5 tsp).
- Add sugar, juice (I have apple-grape juice), oil, salt to the bananas, pour in a teaspoon of the gingerbread mixture.
- Add chopped nuts and raisins soaked in hot water (drain). Add both types of flour, baking powder.
- Put the dough on the caramel with bananas. We send it to the preheated oven.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
- Place the finished pie on a platter.
- Banana cake with caramel flavor and Christmas flavor is ready!
