Very soft, fragrant gingerbread with a pronounced honey-nutty taste! Gingerbread turn out rosy, though not baked! These gingerbread are prepared for a couple: in a steamer or a slow cooker.
Required set of products: egg, butter, honey, sugar, soda, flour, walnuts.
First you need to grind half a Cup of walnuts or a blender or a knife.
Then knead the dough: in a separate bowl / pan you need to put one egg, 50 grams of butter.
Then add a spoonful of honey.
Pour half a Cup of sugar.
A pot with contents to put in a water bath.
Stirring constantly, bring the weight up to homogeneity.
Then add half a spoon of soda and stir until the mixture thickens.
Next, remove the pan from the water bath, add one and a half cups of flour and mix well.
At the end, add the chopped nuts, mix them into the dough.
Now, wetting the hands with water and picking up the dough with a tablespoon, roll the balls.
Put the balls a short distance from each other in a steamer or in a steaming bowl from the slow cooker.
Cook for 40 minutes.
Then the finished gingerbread allow to cool and serve.
