Banana-Semoloina Cake with Apples Recipe

- 250 ml Kefir
- 150 gram Sugar
- 60 gram Butter

Instructions
- Mix semolina with yogurt. Leave for 30 minutes to swell.

- Mash the bananas with a fork into mashed potatoes. Bananas should be ripe, you can even take overripe ones.
