Beef Meatballs in Sour Cream and Vegetable Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Meatballs from beef
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 gram Pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream (20%)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Bulgarian pepper dried
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (dried)
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare meatballs, this can be done in a frying pan or in the oven. In my case, beef and onion, baked in the oven.
- In vegetable oil, fry the onion, add the tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes, the heat is lower than average.
- Add meatballs to the vegetables.
- Pour a little boiling water and add the pumpkin cubes, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the dried bell pepper and garlic and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of boiling water to the sour cream and pour it into the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes, add salt to taste.
- Before serving, add finely chopped dill and green onions.
