Ingredients
For salads:
- 300 gram Beetroot boiled or baked
- 150 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 0,5 piece Orange
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Filling:
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Red hot pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix the oil with lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt.
- Cut the beets into small cubes or strips.
- Peel the orange from the peel, seeds and cut into pieces.
- Put the arugula, beetroot and orange on a plate and mix gently. Put the cheese on a plate in small pieces.
- Add the chopped walnut kernels, sesame seeds and pour the dressing liberally. Let stand lightly for 10 minutes and serve.
