Ingredients
Basic:
- 5 gram Beetroot
- 80 gram Soft cheese brie or Dor blue
- 1 handful Green onions
- 0,25 piece Onion red
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds roasted
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
- 1 handful Raspberries
- Mint to taste
Filling:
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper lemon, to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the beetroot or bake it in foil, prick it with a toothpick, sprinkle with oil.
