Ingredients
Dough:

- 7 gram Dry yeast
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Filling:
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- 70 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 1 bunch Greenery Small. Dill, parsley, cilantro, according to Your desire
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix half of the sifted flour (200 g) with yeast, sugar and warm water. Leave it on for 30 minutes. This will be our leaven.
- Add vegetable oil and salt to the sourdough.
- Add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough bowl with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour until the volume doubles.
- While the dough cools down, let's do the filling. Grate all the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix it.
- Finely chop the herbs and garlic, pour into a deep bowl and pour vegetable oil, salt to taste. Mix it.
- Beat the risen dough, divide into two parts.
- Roll out each piece into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Roll it into a roll.
- Cut into 8 cm pieces .
- Take a sushi stick or skewer, press each piece well in the middle, lift the edges to each other.
- We put it in our mold (I have 23 cm), pre-greased with butter or covered with baking paper. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
- Grease the brush with oil with garlic and herbs on top.
