Braised Carrots Recipe

This is a healthy, quick and simple dish. Useful, but for very big carrot lovers.

  1. Wash the carrots, peel, cut into strips or circles. I prefer circles.
  2. Add water, sugar, vegetable oil to the carrots. Add salt and simmer under the lid until soft. It took me 25 minutes to put it out on low heat.
  3. Then pour in the hot milk and, stirring, bring to a boil.
  4. Put it on a plate, sprinkle with herbs.
