- Mix sugar, wheat flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

- Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in the oven in 3 molds with a diameter of 20 cm or as I do in a slow cooker. approximately 1.5 hours. In the oven, of course, faster.

- Preparing the cream is very simple. The most important thing is to cook condensed milk for exactly 1 hour, no more.
