Cake "Simple" Recipe
The pie is simple both in preparation and in ingredients. Perfect for a family tea party. The pie turns out to be very light, airy, with a pleasant sourness of apples in cakes and vanilla custard. The big plus of this cake is a minimum of fat: only 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil for the whole cake. Come in!

Ingredients
Dough:
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 pieces Apples
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 280 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 gram Sugar
- 60 milliliters Water
- 0,5 piece Lemon
- 15 gram Baking powder
Cream:
- 500 milliliters Milk
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Sugar
- Vanilin to taste
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Add vegetable oil, water and juice of half a lemon. The whip. If desired, add flour with baking powder and lemon zest. To interfere.
- Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and add to the dough.
- Grease the baking dish with oil or cover with parchment. I have a detachable shape d = 28 cm, you can take a smaller shape, then the pie will turn out lush. Pour and flatten the dough.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the cream. Put the milk on medium heat. Mix eggs with sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour half of the hot milk into the egg mixture, mix with a whisk. Then pour the resulting mass into the milk, cook over low heat, stirring with a whisk, until thickened.
- Cut the cooled cake in half.
- Put the cake on a platter, brush with half of the cream.
- Cover with a second cake.
- Brush the cake with the remaining icing.
- Decorate according to your taste. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
