Ingredients
For chocolate sponge cake:
- 20 ml Vegetable oil
- 20 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 90 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 20 ml Milk
For the cream layer:
- 500 ml Cream
- 300 ml Milk
- 200 ml Condensed milk
- 5 teaspoons Agar-agar
- 200 gram Red currant
Instructions
- Pour the milk into the vegetable oil and add salt.
- Whisk the whites with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Mix the whites with the yolks, add flour and cocoa.
- Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees, 20-25 minutes in the form of 21x21 cm.
- Add agar-agar to the milk and cook for 1 minute after boiling. Here we also add cream and condensed milk.
- Put the chocolate sponge cake in the mold and pour the milk mixture, decorate with red currant berries. Set to cool.
