Canapes "Chicken Broseta" and Sauce-Dip Recipe
Take note of this simple recipe. Anyone can handle it. These canapes with chicken fillet and vegetables, which can be dipped in a very tasty sauce, are suitable for an aperitif, a party and any other occasion when you need a light snack.

Ingredients
For canapes:
- 250 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 5 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 pack Seasoning
- Black olives
Instructions
- Beat the chicken fillet to a thickness of 1-2 cm . For cooking, we will use special leaves for frying chicken (MAGGI on the second tender chicken breast in Italian). Unwrap the seasoning pan, put the chicken fillet on one half
- Cover with the other half, press with the palm of your hand.
- You do not need to use oil for frying. These sheets allow you to cook chicken without using oil. Just preheat the pan, put the fillets on it on a baking sheet and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side. Remove the paper.
- Cool the finished fillet and cut it into pieces, which will be convenient to string on a skewer.
- Cut cucumber and bell pepper into approximately the same slices. Tear the lettuce leaves by hand into large pieces
- To make the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, grainy mustard, oregano and chopped parsley. You can add salt to taste.
- Stir the sauce and refrigerate for 1 hour. On a skewer, string olives, lettuce leaves, pepper and cucumber slices, as well as juicy chicken. Serve the canapes with sauce. If necessary, the canapes are dipped in sauce.
