Carrots with Green Peas and Bacon Recipe
I present to your attention a vegetable snack for all occasions. It can be served with meat, rice, pasta and as an independent dish. With a minimum amount of ingredients, you will get a great, flavorful snack. It is served in any form - hot, warm, cold - as you like.

Ingredients
- 250 gram Carrot
- 250 gram Green peas frozen
- 70 gram bacon semi-smoked
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 20 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Coriander
- 0,5 teaspoon Mixture of peppers
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 twigs Dill
- 1 piece Onion
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil and butter, put grated carrots and chopped garlic - fry everything together for two to three minutes. Transfer from the pan to a plate.
- Put the chopped semi-smoked bacon in the same pan, fry for a minute and add the finely chopped onion. Fry everything together for two minutes over medium heat, stirring all the time.
- Return the carrots to the pan and mix everything together.
- Add the green peas from the freezer, pour in the lemon juice, simmer all together for a minute and a half to warm up the peas.
- Our vegetable snack is ready, sprinkle it with chopped dill greens and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
