Filling:
- 250 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
Instructions
- Add melted butter, sugar, yeast, yolk to kefir. To interfere. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
- Sift the flour, add salt. Pour in the kefir mixture.
- Knead the dough. Cover with a clean towel and put away in a warm place for an hour.
- For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix it.
- Divide the dough that has come up into two parts so that it is easier to roll it out. On a floured surface, roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick. Cut out circles (8.5 cm in diameter), make holes in half of the circles.
- We put the filling in one circle, put a "leaky" circle on top and shine the edges. I got 12 cheesecakes. Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, lubricate with egg white and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
