Cheese-Curd Chops with Crab Sticks Recipe

Crab sticks are not felt absolutely, i.e. there is no taste of fish, meatballs are more like meat, but very juicy and soft. And a side dish of spring salad! Come on, help yourself!!!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Cottage cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 200 gram Crab sticks
- 120 gram Hard cheese
- 1 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Herbs
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Freeze the crab sticks in the freezer, and then grate on a fine grater.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Garlic is passed through a press, combined with fresh eggs, cheese and crab sticks.
- Add a little flour to the resulting mass, 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese with a large slide, fresh herbs (dill, parsley) - mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, form chops from the crab mass and fry until golden brown.
- To garnish, I have a salad of radishes, fresh cucumber and eggs. Well, very tasty!
