Chicken baked with a Head of Cabbage Recipe
This is the dish when, with a minimum of effort, you get a mind-blowing result at the output! Elegant, stewed chicken in sauce, with an appetizing fried crust and a fragrant, tender cabbage head, also soaked in sauce! This is very tasty, I recommend you to cook and try it!

Ingredients
- 0,5 piece Chicken
- 1 piece Cabbage
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0,5 glass Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Berry syrup rosehip
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar (balsamic)
- 1 teaspoon A mixture of spices
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet ground
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 3 pieces Allspice (peas)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Divide the whole chicken in half along the ridge. Cut the head into 4 parts lengthwise.
- Mix the butter with soy sauce, sour cream, syrup and vinegar.
- Put the chicken in a heat-resistant form, pour 1/3 of the sauce and RUB it into the chicken from all sides.
- Attach parts of the cabbage to the chicken.
- Leave 1 tbsp of the sauce in the Cup and pour the rest of the sauce over the cabbage.
- Add the dish with Bay leaves, allspice, sprinkle with spices and paprika. It is good to pack the form in foil or cover with a lid (if available)
- Cook under foil for 40-50 minutes at 210-230 degrees. Remove the foil, brush the chicken and cabbage with the remaining sauce and hold for another 8 minutes, until crisp. Serve both hot and cold (it tastes better when cold!)
