This is the dish when, with a minimum of effort, you get a mind-blowing result at the output! Elegant, stewed chicken in sauce, with an appetizing fried crust and a fragrant, tender cabbage head, also soaked in sauce! This is very tasty, I recommend you to cook and try it!
Divide the whole chicken in half along the ridge. Cut the head into 4 parts lengthwise.
Mix the butter with soy sauce, sour cream, syrup and vinegar.
Put the chicken in a heat-resistant form, pour 1/3 of the sauce and RUB it into the chicken from all sides.
Attach parts of the cabbage to the chicken.
Leave 1 tbsp of the sauce in the Cup and pour the rest of the sauce over the cabbage.
Add the dish with Bay leaves, allspice, sprinkle with spices and paprika.
It is good to pack the form in foil or cover with a lid (if available)
Cook under foil for 40-50 minutes at 210-230 degrees. Remove the foil, brush the chicken and cabbage with the remaining sauce and hold for another 8 minutes, until crisp.
Serve both hot and cold (it tastes better when cold!)
