Spicy chicken with sweet soy sauce. Very tasty, I like to marinate chicken in soy sauce and honey.

Ingredients

3 pieces Chicken thigh (off the bone clean)
1 piece Orange (large, squeeze juice)
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
Red hot pepper ( to taste)
Ginger (to taste)
3 pieces Black pepper (to taste)
2 pieces Juniper
100 gram Rice
Chinese cabbage

Instructions

For garnish. Cook the rice. Wash the Peking cabbage, blanch in salted water until tender.
Mix honey, soy sauce, orange juice, oil and spices in a deep saucepan, let it boil and put the chicken cut into small pieces in a saucepan. Cook over high heat, stirring, until the sauce evaporates.
