Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken thigh
- 1 piece Orange
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Red hot pepper to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Black pepper
- 2 pieces Juniper
- 100 gram Rice
- 1 bunch Chinese cabbage
Instructions
- For garnish. Cook the rice. Wash the Chinese cabbage, blanch in salt water until tender.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, orange juice, oil and spices in a deep saucepan, let it boil and put the chicken cut into small pieces in a saucepan. Cook over high heat, stirring until the sauce has evaporated by 2/3 and the chicken is caramelized.
