Chicken Liver with Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken liver
- 400 gram Cauliflower
- 250 ml Cream
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Seasoning to taste
- Vegetable oil for fry
Instructions
- Chop the onion, saute in oil.
- Add the cauliflower, disassembled into inflorescences.
- Fry the cabbage with onions, stirring, for 6-7-8 minutes (it all depends on the quality of your cabbage, and the size of the inflorescences into which you have disassembled it) in general, until half-cooked)
- Cut the prepared liver into 2-3 pieces, put it on cabbage.
- Fry quickly for just 1-2 minutes.
- The liver should only catch on.
- Mix cold cream with flour (don't worry if the lumps are not gone), then settle everything)
- Pour cream over the liver and cabbage, season everything with salt and pepper, add your favorite spices to taste.
- Grate the cheese (I like it small) and add it to the dish too.
- And simmer for 6 minutes, stirring.
- The cheese should melt.
- And to thicken the sauce.
- The dish is ready. This is a completely independent dish, but you can also add an additional side dish.
